The staff at tcMAX.net have some exciting news about our new and improved spam and virus filtering product that we will be rolling out very soon!

Beginning March 29th through April 1st your spam and virus filtering will be taken care of by our staff with a new piece of hardware that we recently purchased that gives us better control of handling your ongoing Internet needs.

As we move your account to the new service you will get a welcome letter explaining all the details of how to log in and check your filter (as you have done in the past) but one of the enhancements is you can do it right from your email inbox!

Once a week you will get an email with all the items that have been caught by the filter for you to approve or delete. That's right no more logging in to a control center if you don't want to. This gives the ability to delete the messages, deliver them to your inbox or simply view the email to see if it is a false positive for spam. There is nothing for you to do as we will take care of migrating your account so don't worry about having a time when you aren't being filtered.

We have some other new products we will be rolling out later this year so there will be more exciting changes coming.
